Privacy notice

What we collect: your name and email (from Google sign in), your mobile number (for OTP verification), the school details, description, photos or videos you attach, and the location you mark. If you comment, your chosen display name and comment text are public.

Why: to verify that reports come from real people, to help auditors locate the school, and to publicly track problems until they are fixed.

What is public: the school, problem, location, media (after review), status, likes, and comments with display names. What is private: your real name, email and phone number. Only the audit team can see those.

Children's privacy: if you are under 18, submit with a parent's or guardian's consent. Please do not photograph children's faces. Moderators may hide such media.

You can ask for your report, comments or personal details to be corrected or deleted by contacting the grievance email below.
